ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM

Word limit: 300
Six abstracts will be chosen for presentations during the symposium. 
Three poster awards will be given to the top students, trainees or fellows at the conclusion of the meeting on Friday.
Posters must be able to fit our 4' x 4' boards. 
Abstract submissions are due by August 28th.

Please note, if you are a Roswell Park employee printing a poster at our print shop and you need to use the proofing process, the last day to submit your poster to the print shop would be September 18th EOD. If you do not need to use the proofing process, the last day to submit your poster to the print shop would be September 22nd EOD.
