Exhibitor Registration cost is $5,000 and must be paid for using a credit card at the time of registration. Arrangements can also be made to pay by check.

Opportunity to give a 10-minute presentation on emerging technologies.

• Presentations should focus on sharing insights, innovations, or advancements relevant to the field, with an emphasis on education and knowledge exchange.

• Slide decks are requested no later than one month prior to the event to ensure alignment with conference content and format. Submitted materials will be reviewed for adherence to educational guidelines, and presenters may be asked to make revisions if needed.

Full conference registration for two (2) company representatives which includes food and beverage, name badge(s), and program book.

One 8’ by 8’ exhibit space to include one standard 6’ table with two chairs.

An invitation to poster session.

Company logo on the conference program (back pages) and Exhibitor recognition on the PowerPoint screensaver displayed in a common area (i.e. main lobby and/or conference room).

Receive the attendee list one month from the start of the conference/symposium.

Exhibit booth spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
